For shipping overseas, product after-care, and before placing any order please read all Terms and Conditions. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Please note that sometimes when Pay Pal processes your order, Pay Pal's credit card processor will place a £1.00 GBP temporary charge on your account as part of the credit card authorisation process. If you have no joy, please contact us so we can resolve this matter. After Care of Sculpture Our pewter sculptures are cast in a special high density resin and thermal plated with lead-free pewter. Each individual piece was originally sculpted or cast by Ken Clarke. A remould is then taken from each piece, and pewter finished casts produced which are then hand polished by skilled craftspeople and lacquered to preserve the brilliant metallic finish. These pieces are a beautiful work of art with the look, weight and cold feel of solid metal. Our sculptural products require no cleaning, just occasional dusting. |

| Delivery Schedule Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (Our orders are hand-made remember!). We will inform you via email of the anticipated delivery date. | Returns Policy In the event that goods are damaged on arrival, or part or all of an order is not received within the specified time, please inform us within 5 working days of receipt or expected delivery, otherwise no claim can be considered. A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us, unsoiled within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange. All issues regarding returned goods should be dealt with over the phone for better customer interaction. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
